We have been customers of European Motorsports for 15 years and have had three Audis serviced at the shop. Over the years we have been treated really well from a customer service perspective. Complete records and excellent preventative maintenance have helped us to be very satisfied with the performance of the vehicles.
The knowledgeable staff takes time and care to properly diagnose and to repair mechanical problems. They are a pleasure to work with.
About six years ago, I bought my Mercedes E320 new from the dealership. Unfortunately, I had to endure the expensive repairs due to my warranty contract.
Once my warranty had expired, I needed to find an independent shop that offered the same factory service as the dealership but not as expensive. A friend recommended me to European Motorsports, and I couldn’t have found a better place.
The owner, Gary, gave me a detailed synopsis of what my car needed at its maintenance intervals. I must say that I am very satisfied with the quality of service this company provides.
